The Allen Eagles Competitive Shooting Team Booster Club ("AECST," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with the AECST Practice Sign-Up application (the "Service") and our SMS notification program.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information that users voluntarily provide:

- Name (selected from a roster of registered AECST coaches and athletes)

- Mobile phone number (optional, only when the user explicitly chooses to provide it)

- Practice attendance and sign-up records

- Survey responses (ammunition usage, payment method, and feedback)

2. How We Collect This Information

Phone numbers are collected exclusively through the AECST Practice Sign-Up web application at https://aecst-practice-signup.netlify.app. Users are presented with an optional phone number entry prompt that clearly states the purpose: "We'll text you a quick survey after each practice — just 3 questions about ammo, payment, and feedback. Totally optional." Users may either save their phone number to opt in, or tap "Skip for now" to decline. Only users who actively save their number receive any SMS messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

Phone numbers are used solely to send post-practice SMS surveys regarding the practice the user attended. We use the responses to track team supply usage and improve coaching. We do not use phone numbers for marketing, fundraising solicitations, or any purpose other than the post-practice survey program.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, lease, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are transmitted only to our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages described above. Information is never shared with advertisers, affiliates, or other organizations.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You may also request that an AECST administrator remove your phone number from our records at any time.
