SMS Terms and Conditions — AECST Practice Sign-Up

By providing your mobile phone number to the Allen Eagles Competitive Shooting Team Booster Club ("AECST") through our Practice Sign-Up application, you agree to the following terms.
Program Name
AECST Practice Sign-Up SMS Notifications
Program Description
AECST will send post-practice text message surveys to coaches and athletes who have voluntarily provided their phone number through the AECST Practice Sign-Up application at https://aecst-practice-signup.netlify.app. Each message contains a brief 3-question survey asking about ammunition usage, payment method, and practice feedback.
Message Frequency
Approximately 1 to 4 messages per month, sent only after practice sessions you attended.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. AECST does not charge any fees for these messages.
How to Get HELP
Reply HELP to any message to receive support information. You may also contact us at communications@aecst.net for assistance.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from the AECST Practice Sign-Up SMS program. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and survey responses are governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.aecst.net/communications/privacy-policy. We do not share your phone number with any third party for marketing purposes.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to participate. AECST primarily serves student athletes in 6th through 12th grade; minors must have parental consent before providing a phone number.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version is always posted at this URL.
